Community College in a related discipline preferred. 1 to 3 years experience in an Automobile Dealership parts environment. Good analytical skills. Good people skills. Good organizational skills. Good computer skills. Good driving record is required.

BASIC JOB SUMMARY: Parts Advisor is the Dealership's parts sales representative assisting the Parts Manager. The job encompasses supplying the required parts and accessories to retail and wholesale customers and technicians, receiving and storing parts, and the accurate performance of designated administrative duties. From time to time, the Parts advisor will be required to deliver parts to customers thus requiring him/her to have a good driving record.

Specific Responsibilities will be given to the candidate as part of the interview process.

Service Greeter

Under the direction of the Service Manager, we are seeking a Service Greeter that will create a positive guest experience that begins with a proper greeter.

The greeter will maintain an efficient and organized waiting area through managing guest flow and communicating with all employees and guests. Service Greeters leave a lasting impression with all guests of the dealership through their professionalism and attention to detail.

Primary Duties Include:

* Communicate with Service Advisors to maintain proper guest flow throughout the dealership
* Guide guests to the Service Advisors, engage them in conversation when in line
* Meet and Greet


* High attention to detail
* Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
* Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum.
* Minimum 1-year experience in customer service
* G License required.
