Part-time Receptionist (2)


Stouffville Toyota is currently looking for 2 Part-Time Receptionists to join their team.

This position plays a crucial role in welcoming guests into our busy dealership and making a very positive first impression.

This position is responsible for answering all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Greeting guests in a pleasant and timely manner
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Maintain housekeeping of reception area and customer lounge.
  • Various administrative duties as required but no limited to:


Mail Merges and mail outs

Prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts/payments

End of day closures

Requirements: 

Must be able to work Mondays and Wednesday 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. or Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and every other Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Excellent communications skills

Service Greeter


Under the direction of the Service Manager, we are seeking a Service Greeter that will create a positive guest experience that begins with a proper greeter.

The greeter will maintain an efficient and organized waiting area through managing guest flow and communicating with all employees and guests. Service Greeters leave a lasting impression with all guests of the dealership through their professionalism and attention to detail.

Primary Duties Include:

* Communicate with Service Advisors to maintain proper guest flow throughout the dealership
* Guide guests to the Service Advisors, engage them in conversation when in line
* Meet and Greet

Qualifications:

* High attention to detail
* Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
* Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum.
* Minimum 1-year experience in customer service
* G License required.

Service Advisor

Summary;

Direct reporting to the Fixed Operation Manager, the Service Advisor will be responsible for exceptional front line service for the department.

As a Service Advisor you will;

Respond to phone and email inquiries and in quick and efficient manner

Assisting customers with their vehicle service requirements

Provides a "customer first" and "fix it right the first time" mentality

Mediate and resolve customer problems an issue

Meet the Customer Satisfactory Index

Able to work on rotating shifts

Perform their duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes;

- Minimum 1 to 3 years of customer service experience

- Self motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Valid G license with a clean driving record

- Strong communications skills
