Stouffville Toyota is looking for a career oriented individual to join our team as Sales & Leasing Professionals. Service Advisor

Directed reporting to the Fixed Operation Manager, the Service Advisor will be responsible for exceptional front line service for the department.

As a Service Advisor you will;

  • Respond to phone and email inquiries and in a quick and efficient manner
  • Assisting customers with their vehicle service requirements
  • Provide a “customer first” and “fix it right the first time” mentality
  • Mediate and resolve customer problems and issues
  • Meet the Customer Satisfactory Index
  • Able to work on rotating shifts
  • Perform their duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years customer experience
  • Self motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Valid G license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communications skills
